 DOSAGE

The daily dosage of Real Pharm Ashwagandha 100% is 2 tablets, preferably in 2 separate servings. Because of its energizing effect, it is not recommended to be taken before sleep or after 6 P.M. in case of persons with sleep problems. 

The tablets should be swallowed (without biting or keeping them in mouth for too long), washed down with large amount of water. One package contains 90 tablets, which is equal to 45 daily doses recommended by the producer.
