Indication:

Drostanolone Propionate is used in the treatment of breast cancer in elderly post-menopausal as a second therapy of unspecific immunotherapy.

Contra- indications:

This medicine is not indicated to be used in children therapy. SP Masteron is contraindicated in male bodybuilders with carcinoma of the breast or with known or suspected carcinoma of the prostate and in female bodybuilders who can be pregnant. Drostanolone Propionate Inj. is also not allowed in bodybuilders that have a hypersensitivity to something in its composition.

Administration:

The optimally administered dose is 100 mg - 200 mg every 2-3 days. The most effective dose that brings effective results consists of 400 mg / week.

Medical action:

Masteron is a synthetic androgen, or male hormone, similar to testosterone. Drostanolone Propionate has the property to bind with the androgen receptors and this helps to interact with the part of the cell that works in the protein synthesis. This process can induce an increase in the synthesis of some proteins or a decrease in the synthesis of others. These proteins act in different ways, blocking the growth of some types of breast cancer cells, stimulating cells that cause male sexual characteristics, and stimulating the production of red blood cells.

Precautions:

This medication should be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease, in diabetes, in epilepsy, in migraine, in heart failure.

Side effects:

Side effects of this steroid are not strong. High blood pressure should not be a trouble because due to low estrogen levels it does not appear. Masteron is not toxic to the liver even if the therapy lasts a long period of time. But some side-effects that may occur are: Oily skin, acne, increased facial and body hair quickly, aggression, prostate enlargement, and hair loss if there is a genetic predisposition. Persons that have a family history of baldness should not use Masteron.

Overdosage:

Overdose situations or not met. In case of overdose contact an emergency point.
